Vincents Graduate Program – Commencing February 2023

Vincents graduates gain much more than a job. Immediately becoming an integral part of our One Vincents Team culture, our graduates have the opportunity to work alongside our directors and business owners, including Paul Vincent and Jon Dooley who founded Vincents over 30 years ago.

Offering the solid foundations needed to commence a career as an accountant, Vincents also provide regular social opportunities, access to an exceptional network across all of Vincents, and some fun along the way.

As a permanent part of our team, joining the one-year graduate program guarantees graduates ongoing career opportunities and progression at Vincents from day one. Along with hands-on training and development to support the growth of technical skills and an in-house CA/CPA mentoring program, Vincents also offers opportunities to build on professional skills and personal brand while building upon what could be your life-long industry network.

Vincents Undergraduate Program – 2022

Whether it’s as part of a structured intern placement or ongoing undergraduate role, Vincents offers various opportunities to undergraduate students that provide exposure to quality work, a buddy and mentoring and coaching from industry experts. As an ongoing placement in our team you will have the flexibility to adjust your days each semester and be supported in balancing your studies and work experience.

Graduate recruitment at Vincents is an exciting time for our Vincents leaders and community.

Our senior leaders are so passionate about our graduate program that they are involved every step of the way in our recruitment process. Our holistic approach ensures they have an opportunity to meet you and you have an opportunity to make an informed decision about your future leader.

Our graduate recruitment process allows us to balance consideration of your passions and preferences along with your work experience, culture fit and academic success. Our process includes:

  • Video Interview
  • Psychometric testing
  • Group Assessment Centre
  • Networking opportunity with senior leaders and former graduates
  • Reference checks

Our graduate program formally commences in February however mid-year opportunities or early commencement with Vincents is offered from time to time.
