We want to hear from soon-to-be graduates and current students interested in graduate opportunities who are completing a degree in commerce or business with a major in accountancy during 2021. We are recruiting undergraduate roles to commence from mid-2021 and graduate roles to commence from February 2022.

Vincents graduates are enthusiastic, hungry and smart and throughout their 12-month graduate program have access to industry experts and a structured training, education and mentoring program that supports both their personal and professional development.

Graduate recruitment at Vincents is an exciting time for our candidates as well as for the Vincents family.

At Vincents our graduate recruitment methodology centres around selecting candidates based on a combination of potential, culture fit and experience – both at university and in the work place.
Through our recruitment process we select candidates who meet our selection criteria to undertake video interviews, attend an assessment centre and formal interview, undergo psychometric testing and agree to reference checks. Throughout the graduate recruitment season our People & Culture team along with some of our past and current graduates and senior leaders attend various events to meet and share stories with current grads.

Successful graduate candidates traditionally start in February of the following year, although mid-year opportunities may arise from time to time.
