Daryl is the Director heading up Business Improvement services at Vincents. He has a wealth of knowledge in the areas of Lean & business improvement, cyberspace security, IT development, training and data analytics. He is passionate about working with clients to understand their business and to identify and advise on cost effective efficiencies utilising existing business resources. For businesses entering periods of sustained and / or seasonal growth, he ensures that scaleable infrastructure – physical, organisational and technological – are in place. Daryl is passionate about empowering clients to refine their processes, implement reform with minimal disruption and obtain substantial productivity gains within their business operations. Daryl is also experienced in the development of IT tools to simultaneously improve efficiency and reduce the risk of errors, and provides training for businesses in the areas of business improvement and cyberspace security fundamentals.

Daryl Bossert joined Vincents as a Director in 2019 after over 20 years of service with the Defence Force where he remains a Reserve Air Force Squadron Leader. During his time in the Defence Force, Daryl was recognised in the 2012 Australia Day honours for efficiencies achieved for the RAAF in respect of business improvement and IT automation. He has also been involved in the analysis of the threats in cyber space and development of a cyberspace security strategy for the Australian Defence Force and Air Force and well as the development and implementation of a training program for military and civilian personnel directly involved in the cyber space area.
