Phil is the Director heading up Vincents Lending Solutions and prides himself on connecting professionals and business in a seamless manner to provide answers which ultimately help his clients achieve their best financial future.
Guided by philosophies that align with Vincents’ firm wide ethics of integrity, acting with due care and in the client’s best interests, Phil draws upon strong relationships with both large and niche lenders and works alongside the Vincents tax and financial advisory teams to deliver commercial loans, asset finance, home loans, general insurance, conveyancing and property advice.
Phil’s keen eye for a transaction and desire to keep his clients at the centre of everything he does has ensured clients and business partners consider him a “go-to” for all of their lending needs.

Phil was appointed to the position of Director at Vincents when Vincents Lending Solutions was formed in 2018. Phil carries with him the industry know-how from many years of experience at a host of heavyweights. Prior to Vincents, Phil joined Macquarie bank in 2016 upon the creation of the Healthcare and Built segments within Macquarie Business Bank. As QLD head for both of these segments, he led business sales in the QLD market. After beginning his banking career in 2003 as a Bank Manager, Phil has held various leadership roles across Retail, Distribution, Business and Private Banking channels of giants like Westpac, Bank of Queensland, Commonwealth Bank and St George Private Bank. This extensive experience has allowed Phil to gain a deep knowledge and understanding of relationship management and leading teams along with debt structuring and sales.
