Expertise

Diana has extensive technical expertise in corporate and personal insolvency, with experience in Court Liquidations, Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations (CVL), Members’ Voluntary Liquidations (MVL), Voluntary Administrations (VA), Deeds of Company Arrangement (DOCA), Small Business Restructuring (SBR), Bankruptcy, Part X, Personal Insolvency Agreements (PIA), Statutory Trustees, Consulting and Informal Arrangements.

Her passion for the industry is driven by the variety of challenges she encounters daily in both personal and corporate insolvency matters.

Diana actively participates in networking events and third-party seminars to exchange valuable insights, engage with peers, and continuously learn from others in the field. She is currently a member of the Women in Insolvency & Restructuring Queensland committee (WIRQ) and regularly attends events hosted by the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association (ARITA).

 

Background

Diana has spent the past 8 years in the insolvency and reconstruction industry, starting her career as a graduate in regional Queensland. Her additional expertise in taxation allows her to assess clients’ financial positions from multiple perspectives. This enables her to identify potential issues and assist in negotiating the most favourable outcomes for all parties involved.
