Our STEP Program

At Vincents we are looking for graduates who want to embrace learning, lean on their strengths and fast-track their careers. The Vincents STEP Graduate Program will allow you to explore your career from every angle.

Our program will help you transition from education to employment, exposing you to social, technical, experiential, and interpersonal learning opportunities. We are committed to your career development and equipping you with the essential foundations for a successful career, whilst providing you exposure across all our capability offerings.

  • CV: Showcase any work experience, academics, extracurriculars, and qualifications.
  • Cover Letter (1 page): Explain your interest what you will bring to the role.
  • Academic Transcripts: Unofficial transcripts are acceptable.
  • Working Rights Evidence: Attach a scan/copy of your birth certificate, passport, or Visa.

Upon review, if selected, you’ll be invited for a virtual interview via Microsoft Teams:

  • Warm-up question + 3 assessable questions.
  • Assessing communication skills and response quality.
  • Estimated time: 10-15 minutes
    • First Round: Meet Peers and/or Senior Leaders/Directors of your applied team.
    • Second Round: Informal interview with the Head of Business Unit and/or Director of your team.

Explore Mutual Fit: Discuss how your skills and aspirations align with the team’s goals. Showcase Your Potential: Demonstrate your capability and passion for your preferred areas of interest. Ask Questions: Use this time to gain deeper insights into the team dynamics and expectations.

Following successful interviews, we will conduct reference and pre-employment checks. This step involves verifying any previous employment, qualifications, and other relevant details.

Once interviews for the role have been completed, a member of our Vincents Recruitment team will be in touch via a phone call with the outcome of your application.
