Background

Hans has over 15 years of experience leading complex analytical projects on behalf of lawyers and regulators in Australia and the United States.

He is a former Commonwealth Treasury and Foreign Affairs & Trade economist, and Principal at Cornerstone Research – a leading U.S. based litigation consulting firm.

In addition, Hans has participated in several trials and has been deposed as a testifying expert in U.S. jurisdictions.  Hans holds post-graduate degrees in economics and business from the University of Chicago and the Australian National University. He has also participated in pro-bono activities over the years including in collaboration with the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights.
