Carissa is an Associate Director in the Forensic Services division at Vincents. Carissa’s primary area of expertise is the preparation of business valuation reports to be used as expert evidence for financing, sale, restructuring, taxation, family law and other litigation purposes. Carissa is also experienced in assessing economic loss in commercial matters, as well as assessing the solvency and financial capacity of entities.

Background
Carissa has 7 years’ experience in forensic accounting, litigation support and business valuation services. Carissa joined Vincents as a graduate accountant in 2012 and was appointed an associate in 2017 and associate director in 2019.
