John has over 30 years’ business analysis and commercial experience that he relies upon in carrying out business valuation and forensic engagements and providing reports in relation to commercial and family disputes, business valuations and investigations, assessment of damages and professional negligence matters.
John’s experience has led him to develop an approach to consider the key quantification and investigative issues when undertaking financial analysis and preparing reports.
As an evaluative mediator, John is often called upon as a neutral party to provide advice in dispute matters. This role may be in the form of:
John commenced his career with one of the big four accounting firms. He moved on to being a business analyst and then a state portfolio manager for an international finance company. He worked in commerce before commencing his own forensic accounting firm. In July 2004, he commenced as a director in the Vincents commercial forensic division.
John is a regular presenter and has delivered many seminars, workshops and training over his career with Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand, Queensland Law Society, Queensland Association of Collaborative Practitioners, Collaborative training groups, College of Law (Sydney) and the Vincents Education Events.
