Mariano’s forensic experience has seen him work across a wide spectrum of litigation and investigative matters. This includes insurance litigation, commercial disputes, fraud investigations, employment and industrial litigation and advice, estate litigation, personal injury, family law valuations and property and construction disputes.

Mariano has a particular focus in area of large-scale litigation, including compensation schemes and class actions that involve preparing compensation modelling, advising on the processes and structural aspects of the claims, as well as preparing and operating settlement distribution schemes.

Background

Mariano was appointed as a Director at Vincents in 2017 after moving from his role at Slater Gordon where he worked as a forensic accountant for eight years.

Mariano’s 37-year career also includes roles at Deloitte and Furzer Crestani.
