“Growth requires more than good numbers. It requires a clear strategy and the right advice.”

Expertise

Sam works with ambitious business owners, private groups and family enterprises navigating growth, acquisitions and long-term wealth creation. As businesses grow and become more complex, Sam helps owners navigate expansion, acquisitions, group structures and significant strategic and financial decisions.

His experience spans business strategy, cash flow forecasting and management, business acquisitions and growth planning, due diligence and family wealth creation. This has included working with private and family groups with complex operating structures, high growth e-commerce businesses, manufacturing operations, wholesale and retail groups, and professional services.

Rather than focusing solely on short-term tax outcomes, Sam takes a broader view of the business and the objectives of its owners. By considering operational performance alongside personal and family priorities, he helps clients make informed decisions about succession, investment and the future direction of their business.

Sam provides guidance on complex transactions and financial requirements, drawing on experience in buy-side and sell-side due diligence, financial reporting and internal controls, and interim CFO support.

Known for his accessibility, direct communication and practical approach, Sam acts as a trusted adviser and central point of contact, bringing together specialists across tax, lending, valuation and legal disciplines to help clients solve complex business challenges.
