Expertise

Fatima is an insolvency practitioner with over 20 years’ experience in the corporate and personal insolvency and turnaround space.  After initially commencing her career in law, Fatima moved into the insolvency space and has not looked back.  She has worked for boutique national insolvency firms and joined Vincents in 2024 as associate director.

 

Background

Fatima’s experience focuses on the SME space with industry sector experience in hospitality, building & construction, retail operations, transport and logistics, telecommunications, childcare, franchises, medical facilities, scientific research, E-trading, logging, aviation, cosmetic clinics and commercial laundry.  Her highlights include successfully managing the trading of businesses under voluntary administration towards an outcome for creditors under a Deed of Company Arrangement.
