Expertise

Aine is the Head of Strategy, Risk and Business Improvements at Vincents. On a day-to-day basis, Aine collaborates with the leadership group to set and deliver upon strategic priorities to grow the firm into the future.

Aine helps organisations to optimise their performance – financially, operationally, strategically, and sustainably. She incorporates best practise governance and risk management techniques to underpin outcomes.

 

Background

Aine is systems-thinking, multidisciplinary, and comfortable in ambiguous and complex environments. Aine has extensive experience advising clients under a variety of business life-cycle scenarios, including rapid growth, mergers/ divestments and formal restructures (financial and operational distress), across various industries in Australia and Europe in a professional service firm environment.

With approximately 15 years advising clients on matters of financial viability, financial and operational restructuring, ESG, corporate finance, governance, strategy, and risk management, Aine enjoys roles that encompass a variety of opportunities to create a positive impact both financially, operationally, and more broadly across the community. Aine regularly assists SMEs, family businesses, public/listed companies, and NFPs across all stages of the business life- cycle.

Aine is actively involved with the Governance Institute of Australia, where she is a member of the Education Committee and a past student representative.
