For one group comprising 28 companies across six businesses, she developed a consolidated reporting framework that provided leadership with a clear, group-wide view of performance when it mattered most, enabling timely and informed decision-making. She also supports growing multi-site businesses to understand the performance of individual locations, identify where profit is being generated and make better-informed operational and growth decisions.

Background

Arna began her career as an undergraduate accountant before working full-time at a suburban firm. After joining Vincents as an intermediate accountant, she progressed through the firm to Associate Director. Throughout her career, she has developed her technical expertise, completed her CA qualification and established herself as a trusted adviser to a diverse range of clients.
