Craig’s problem-solving skills, proactive approach and tax knowledge enable him to resolve critical tax issues and broader business strategy issues on behalf of his clients.

Craig has significant experience with business acquisitions, implementation of tax effective restructuring and business disposals, as well as corporate M&A transaction work including capital management, capital raisings and private equity transactions. Craig advises clients on domestic and international business expansions.

He also provides specialist tax advice in the areas of income tax, CGT and GST including provision of briefs to legal counsel, preparation of expert opinions and reasonably arguable position papers.

Acting for clients in dealings with the ATO, Craig has experience with the making of private and class ruling applications, tax risk reviews, tax audits, tax objections, settlement negotiations and tax litigation.

Craig provides complex tax and accounting related services to high-net-worth individuals and high net wealth private groups.

Background

Craig is a chartered accountant, chartered tax adviser and registered tax agent who has over 30 years’ experience in providing taxation advice and solutions to individuals, small business, large private companies and public corporations including ASX listed corporations across a diverse range of industries and sectors including property investment and development, building and construction, manufacturing, mining, retirement villages, sport, hospitality and tourism.

Craig joined Vincents in 2008 as a Director having previously been a partner of a major international accounting firm.
