James is a commercially focused financial advisor concentrating on improving the financial and operational performance, risk management and business strategy of clients.

With 20 years’ experience in roles at specialist restructuring and financial advisory firms in Australia, USA, UK and the Caribbean, James has expertise in helping clients manage complex financial and operational risks, execute business stabilisation plans, deliver turnaround and restructuring projects as well as provide independent governance and financial advice.

After working in other specialist insolvency firms, James was appointed as Director of Restructuring & Recovery at Vincents in March 2024.
