Melissa works on a comprehensive engagement profile across the area of forensic accounting in the Forensic Services division. Melissa’s expertise is in commercial litigation disputes, financial capacity assessments, class actions, business valuations, and criminal and fraud investigations.  Melissa has assessed damages in relation to various commercial disputes including trade practices disputes, contract and shareholder disputes.

Background

Melissa has extensive experience across the area of forensic accounting in the commercial group. Melissa joined the forensic division of Vincents in 2002, starting in economic loss assessment and personal injury matters before moving to commercial litigation.

Prior to Vincents, Melissa worked at Pilot Partners in business and taxation services.

Melissa has provided training and presentations to assist solicitors and claims officers in understanding the assessment of damages in personal injury matters.
