He has experience preparing forensic accounting reports and financial analyses across these matters, providing clear and reliable qualification of economic impacts for clients and legal representatives.

Nicholas has contributed to reports across multiple jurisdictions, including the Supreme Courts of Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia and the Australian Capital Territory, as well as the Federal Court of Australia and the Dust Diseases Tribunal.

This work supports clients with accurate and well-founded assessments that clarify the financial implications central to their claims.
