Background

Robert developed his forensic accounting skills reporting on the financial affairs of insolvent and near insolvent companies to banks, government and other stakeholders. Since 2002, those skills have been applied to assist litigants with accounting, finance and business evidence.

Robert has given expert witness evidence on issues that include the assessment of damages, economic loss, loss of dependency and expected financial support, business valuation, and the findings of financial investigations. These have usually been for small to medium enterprises from all the major industries.

Furthermore, Robert’s expertise has assisted courts, litigants, claimants and insurers with personal injury and wrongful death claims, compensation to relatives claims, business interruption insurance claims, commercial litigation disputes and family law property disputes.
