Background

Simon joined Vincents in 2014 as an Accountant in the Business Advisory division and has since advanced to Supervisor and Manager roles, leading to his appointment as Associate Director in June 2024.

Simon commenced his career as an Account Officer in 2012 working at a Multinational Cleaning Franchisor where he developed a strong foundation in financial accounts management for a medium-size business.

At Vincents, Simon has been instrumental in providing compliance and advisory services to small and medium businesses and high-net-worth individuals, with a strong interest in Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).

As a native Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese speaker, Simon also assists migrants coming from similar backgrounds in adapting to life in Australia, helping them navigate business operations and ensure compliance with Australian taxation requirements.
