2026 Winner – Michelle Leeke

Throughout a year of significant change, Michelle Leeke has made a lasting contribution to Vincents through her leadership, collaboration and willingness to step in wherever she is needed. 

As Associate Director in Business Advisory, Michelle has played an important role in initiatives that extend well beyond her day-to-day responsibilities. By supporting teams through change, strengthening collaboration and helping key initiatives succeed, she consistently puts the success of the firm and those around her first. Her leadership is grounded in humility, integrity and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed. 

Michelle’s contribution also extends beyond Vincents through her volunteer work in the community, reflecting the spirit of the Vincents Cup and its recognition of individuals who make a positive impact both within the firm and beyond. 

Michelle has selected Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) as her charity of choice, a decision that is particularly close to her heart. Michelle’s mum passed away in July 2026 after an incredible 27-year battle with breast cancer. Over that long journey, BCNA provided valuable support, information and reassurance to her mum and her family, helping them navigate some of the most difficult periods of their lives. 

For Michelle, choosing BCNA is an opportunity to give back to an organisation that supported her family for so many years and to honour her mum’s remarkable strength and resilience. It is also a way of helping BCNA continue to be there for other individuals and families facing breast cancer.
