Loretta has enjoyed an executive career in human resource management for over 22 years’ and is a Certified Human Resources Practitioner from the Australian Human Resources Institute.
Loretta has held local, national and senior global roles, across multiple industries where she led HR projects across a variety of workforces and businesses. Loretta’s broad experience in HR, people management and in the development and driving of strategic initiatives makes her a key asset of any client she partners with. Loretta has been invited as a guest lecturer at G08 Universities and other Higher Education institutions to share her expertise on HR subjects including the importance of commercial awareness in HR, measures to mitigate workforce risks, and the importance of establishing foundational HR compliance measures for all organisations, regardless of the size.
