Sara has a passion for helping others, which is why she has spread her career across both the corporate and non-for-profit sector. Sara has strived to broaden her skill set across workforce advisory which is why she has spearheaded projects for clients in the following areas:

Sara is one of the founding members of the Vincents Workforce Advisory team. Her passion for supporting SME businesses tackle their workforce strategies and challenges has driven her to specialise in this area. As an Associate Director Sara is a key point of contact for our clients and team.  Sara has held both national and global roles, and her experience in HR consulting and cross-border transformation holds her with strong credentials for our clients.
